I'd just like to add, if there's one thing more hemorrhage inducing than a Smartphone with crappy battery life, it's a Smartphone with a crappy 3G connection. And can I just say, Airtel, the number of times you have driven me to borderline mass-murdering rage with your crappy service wins you the title of 'douchebag teleservice of the year'.
